返品・交換について

 


当店の商品は、コーヒー豆・ドリップパックなどの食品という性質上、

お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。


ただし、以下の場合に限り、速やかに対応いたします。

 

  • 商品に明らかな破損・汚損があった場合

  • ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

  • 配送時の事故による品質不良が確認できる場合

 


上記に該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内に

お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

状況を確認のうえ、交換または返金にて対応いたします。


なお、以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできません。

 

  • 開封後の商品

  • 味・香りなど嗜好による理由

  • 保管状態や取り扱い不備による品質変化

  • 事前連絡のない返送

 


私たちは、デカフェを「ただの代替品」ではなく、

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 


Due to the nature of our products (coffee beans and related food items),

we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference reasons.


However, we will promptly assist you in the following cases:

 

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive an item different from what you ordered

  • Quality issues clearly caused during shipping

 


Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

through our contact form.

After reviewing the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Opened products

  • Taste or aroma preferences

  • Quality changes due to improper storage or handling

  • Returns without prior contact

 


We believe decaf is not a compromise, but an experience.
