Terms of service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the online store (the "Service") provided by DECAF TOKYO ("we" or "us").
Customers using the Service ("Users") are asked to agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and us relating to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Nature of Products)
The products we sell, such as coffee beans and drip bags, are food items.
Please understand that flavor, aroma and how they are perceived vary from person to person.
Article 3 (Orders and Formation of Contract)
A sales contract is formed when a User places an order through the Service and we accept the order.
We may cancel an order or terminate a contract in the following cases:
- The order contains false or incomplete information
- Payment cannot be confirmed
- The product is out of stock
- Any other case we deem inappropriate
Article 4 (Payment and Prices)
Product prices, shipping fees and payment methods are as displayed on the Service.
Article 5 (Shipping)
We ship within Japan and to Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. International orders are shipped by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the User.
Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, carrier circumstances, customs procedures or other reasons.
Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, Users must not:
- Act in violation of laws, regulations or public order and morals
- Place orders using false information
- Cause disadvantage or damage to third parties or to us
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the content of the Service.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we accept no liability for any damage arising from the use of the Service.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, designs, logos and other content on the Service belong to us or the rightful owners.
Unauthorized use, reproduction or copying is prohibited.

We may change these Terms when we consider it necessary.
Revised Terms take effect when they are displayed on the Service.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
