About DECAF TOKYO

Caught by the aroma. Won over by the taste.

DECAF TOKYO is a decaf latte specialty shop right in front of Keio-Horinouchi Station in Hachioji, Tokyo.

We wanted decaf to be a coffee people choose for its taste. So we never compromised on flavor.

"I'm cutting back on caffeine, so I guess I'll have the decaf."
It always frustrated us that decaf was seen that way.

So we flipped the order.
You choose it because of the taste. The fact that there's no caffeine comes after.

Japan's first roaster, and our signature drink

In November 2025, we became the first in Japan to install a Bellwether Coffee electric roaster. It's a new kind of roaster with no smoke and no open flame, and we roast every week with one goal: bringing out the delicate sweetness of decaf beans.

Our signature drink is the "Diva Latte." An aroma that rises the moment it touches your lips, a soft sweetness that stays on the tongue, and a quiet, lingering finish. Whether it's late at night, in the middle of work, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we wanted it to be a cup you choose, not one you settle for.

Our eighth-rest logo

Our logo is inspired by the eighth rest in music.
A meaningful pause in time that never stops.
We hope the few minutes you spend with a coffee make your day a little more beautiful.
